DIY Pop It Bracelet Valentines With Your Cricut
These cute pop bracelet valentine cards can quickly be made with a Cricut machine. These make fun classroom valentines for kids!
It’s been a minute since I’ve made a Cricut craft, and I’m always amazed at how quickly I can create something so professional-looking when I use my machine!
I designed some simple cardstock labels that fit perfectly with pop it bracelets to make the cutest DIY valentines! Fidget toys are so much fun for classroom valentines, and these bracelets are a great non-candy valentine option that kids are sure to love! (My son asked me no less than five times if he could have one while I was making these valentines. 🤣)
These DIY pop bracelet valentines are so easy to make (and mass-produce!). Get the instructions and Design Space project below!

What you need to make pop bracelet valentines

- Cricut machine: My Explore 3 has become my favorite for papercrafts–you can read all about the Explore 3 HERE. Any Cricut machine will work for these valentines, though! (I also love my Cricut Joy Xtra!)
- StandardGrip cutting mat
- cardstock: I prefer smooth cardstock when using Cricut pens, so I went with Michael’s cardstock (even though this cardstock is my favorite).
- Cricut fine point pen (I used a black 0.4 pen)
- pop bracelets: This is the pack I bought and they’re great quality!
How to make DIY pop bracelet valentines with Cricut

Customize the project
Open my Pop It Valentines project in Cricut Design Space.
Customize the project as needed. I designed several different valentine cards. They say “Have a poppin’ Valentine’s Day!” and “You make my heart pop!” and you have the option to add who it’s from.
You can edit the existing text or add text (if you want your machine to write who the valentine is from, you can type the name in). You can also edit the color of the valentines to correlate with your cardstock colors if you want (it just helps you know when to load which paper into your machine).
If you’re having a hard time editing elements, you can detach the layers. Just be sure to attach everything on a single valentine when you’re done so the text draws on it and not separately!
If you have any additional questions about editing the valentines, you can leave a comment at the end of this post and I will try to assist you!
Make the valentines with your Cricut
When you’re ready to make the project, click Make. Choose On Mat, For any material and Confirm.
On the Prepare screen, you can select how many project copies you need as well as move the valentine cards around to fit your material (if you’re using a scrap of paper that’s smaller than 12×12). Click Continue.
Select your material settings (I always choose Medium cardstock). Load your pen into Clamp A of your machine and a fine-point blade in Clamp B. Load your material onto a StandardGrip cutting mat and load the mat into your machine when prompted. Continue following the Design Space prompts to draw and cut the valentines.
Remove the mat from your machine. Lay your mat/material upside down on your work surface and peel the mat away from the cardstock (instead of the other way around) so you don’t curl the cardstock.
Assemble the valentines
I think it’s pretty self-explanatory at this point, but simply slide a pop bracelet through the cut holes on each valentine card. So simple and ready to pass out at your Valentine’s Day party!
